By purchasing from Bobbin & Thimble (from hereon in referred to as B&T), you are subjected to all the Terms & Conditions as stated below. B&T may add to, change or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes apply immediately.
All items sold are brand new and are sold on first come first served basis.
Items will be reserved for 24 hours upon a confirmation email & will be released without prior notice if payment was not received within the stipulated time.

We currently accept bank transfer/cash deposit ONLY.

Kindly email us at bobbinnthimble@gmail.com for time extension and orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within the stipulated time.
Once payment has been made, notification will be sent to your email/handphone (please specify your preferable contact method) to verify that your transaction has been made. CONTACT US IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE SUCH NOTIFICATION.
Pieces will only be dispatched once full payment is made and we reserve the right to reject insufficient payments.

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days upon verification of payment. Kindly track your order at www.pos.com.my by using the tracking number which will be provided. Track your parcel at: http://www.poslaju.com.my/
However, customers are responsible to either personally be present at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same or have someone do so. Failure to do so, any cost for re-delivery will be borned by customer.
B&T shall not be responsible for receipt of delivery by any unauthorised person.
B&T WILL NOT be liable and there will be NO refunds for any damage or loss done to the goods during carriage or delivery to the delivery address.

RETURN POLICY
We DO NOT entertain any cancellation of order or refund, unless the product you have ordered is out of stock or we are unable to fulfill the particular order for any other reason.
ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS & EXCHANGES
Once you have received your parcel, please note to inspect your orders properly. We will only accept exchanges if items are defective caused by the manufacturing of goods.
All items must be return to us within a week from the date you have received them. Any longer than that we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.

Clothes are measured by hand. Thus, there might be slight deviations as to the sizes depending on the fabrics.
Colour of purchased items may differ slightly if not at all due to lighting or camera.
